A Beautiful Fall Family Session on Film | Malibu, CA

This beautiful fall family session at Malibu Creek State Park was photographed entirely on film! I only brought out my digital camera to take safe shots just incase something happened with the film.
Linh and I have been a part of the same Mom Photographer Instagram group for a while and had been trying to get together for photos for over a year!
Well, the stars finally aligned on this beautiful fall day in Malibu!
The skies were cloudy when we arrived at my favorite mountain location, which didn’t bother me because I planned to shoot film the whole time (and honestly, who doesn’t love a dramatic cloud in photos?)
We started the session under my favorite tree where we did some sweet family photos and lots of cute couples photos.
Then the clouds cleared and the sun shone through the tree. And oh the photos were just phenomenal! They’re my favorite ones from the session!
We ended the evening at the top of the ridge overlooking the valley at Malibu Creek State Park.
