A Gorgeous Tunnel Hill Wedding | Dalton, GA
This wedding is very near and dear to my heart. The bride, Alliahna, is my niece, and Iāve known her since she was just a little girl.
As soon as I heard when and where they were getting married, I booked our flights to Georgia.
The weather was absolutely perfect. A rain storm had rolled in on the days leading up to the wedding, leaving the air crisp and pure with big, beautiful puffy clouds (perfect for photos).
Their wedding day could not have been more perfect, and I feel truly honored to capture and preserve their wedding day.
The Couple
Alliahna and Connor met through one of Connorās cousins, who is also a long time friend of Alliahnaās family. The couple bonded over their love of all things cowboy, country, and God. It wasnāt long before they were engaged and planning their wedding.
The Ceremony
Both Alliahna and Connor are baptized members of Jehovahās Witnesses, so naturally they held their ceremony at their local Kingdom Hall. It was a beautiful ceremony with many friends and family in attendance.
Hand-Picked Details
The Venue
Alliahna fell in love with Tunnel Hill Depot when she was a young girl. Her and her parents were on a road trip and stopped at this historic venue.
After she got engaged, she knew immediately she wanted to have her reception there. Conveniently, there was another historical site nearby, the Clisby Austin House, where we were able to go in the field and take beautiful couples portraits.
