A Sunny Spring Pregnancy Announcement in Malibu

This Malibu pregnancy announcement for the Eastwood Family was photographed at Leo Carrillo State Beach on a warm spring evening, and every moment was filled with anticipation and joy.
April in Malibu is absolutely gorgeous. The mountains and the coastal cliffs are just beginning to bloom with new life, yellow wildflowers blooming along the coast, the tide moving gently across the sand, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect place to mark the beginning of this new chapter for the Eastwoods.
They arrived hand-in-hand, both glowing with anticipation. Jessica wore two outfits for her session. A warm, fitted knit dress, and a soft white dress that moved beautifully in the breeze.
We began our session among the rocky edges of Leo Carrillo, letting the texture of the coast frame their announcement photos. The light wrapped around them soft and golden, and they leaned into it, into each other, into the beauty of this moment they’ve waited for.
There was such tenderness in how Chris looked at Jessica, and how she smiled as she cradled the life growing inside.
As the sun dropped toward the horizon, we walked up to the rocky cliffs, the sky turning pastel, and their silhouettes glowing in that golden haze. It was the kind of scene you want to freeze in time: peaceful, beautiful, and filled with hope.
Thank you, Eastwood Family, for inviting me to help share this joyful beginning. Your love, your presence, and your quiet strength made this Announcement session one I’ll never forget. I’m so honored to have documented the start of your next adventure.
